Rapco has serviced my last two vehicles and has never let me down. From squeezing me in for a last minute oil change to finding me the best deal on a new set of tires, I wouldn’t take my truck anywhere else in the city. They also have a clean, comfortable waiting area so I’m able to fire up my laptop while I wait.
I had a great experience at their facility. Very professional and courteous. While I was at home waiting for the work on my car to be done, they called me and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. They actually go over every detail, from what brought you in to what was being done to your car. It was a different experience for me, before I left with my car they walk with me to my car and went over the work that had been done. I could not have asked for a better experience. I would definitely come back!!!
Iv had electrical shorts ,blown driveshafts, bad solenoids to oil changes & annual inspections since I could drive in 1982.
Hands down The Best no nonsense done correctly the 1st time !
Rapco at Hunting Park has been very helpful with not only diagnosing the problem but throughly explaining the problem and what needs to be repaired. Probably a little more pricey compared to other places but for the service I would highly recommend it. Sense of comfort is not always easy in auto repairs
